@Jesus by the numbers

Instagram

Anyone can see the follower count on the public @jesus profile (display name “Jesus Community”), though Instagram rounds it. Views and accounts engaged come from Instagram Insights, which only the account can see, so we report them ourselves. Instagram counts a view each time a post, Reel or Story is shown, so one person can add several views. Accounts engaged counts the different accounts that interacted with the content.

An independent check

Social Blade, a public statistics site, grades @jesus A+ (SB Rank #594), with a 4.6% engagement rate and about 110K likes per post on average, as of October 12, 2026. Its grade and rank change every day.

How we count

• Every figure has a date. Numbers change; the date tells you when we read it.
• We round down. 77,603 members becomes 77,600+, so a figure never claims more than is true.
• Reported or independent. “Reported by Jesus Group” means the figure comes from an account only we can see, such as Instagram Insights or beehiiv. Independent figures come from public pages anyone can check: Discord, Social Blade and the App Store.
• Followers are accounts. A follower or member count tells you how many accounts follow @jesus or joined the Discord, not what each person believes.
• Live counts. The Discord and Sunday Letter counts are read again once a day. If a source can't be reached, the page shows the last count we read, with its date.
