You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Please don't:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
• disrupt or overload the site, or send spam or malicious code through its forms;
• copy the site's content in bulk, or use automated tools to scrape it, beyond what search engines normally do;
• pretend to be Jesus Group, @Jesus or anyone else.

Our content and brand

The site's text, artwork, design and logos, and the @Jesus and Jesus Group names, belong to Jesus Group LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote brief passages with credit, but please don't otherwise copy, change or reuse our content or brand without written permission.

Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Instagram, Discord, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Kick and the App Store are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

What you send us

When you send a message, an inquiry or feedback, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to use it to reply and to run and improve our work. Please don't send confidential information you don't want us to use. If you share ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Partnerships and sponsorships

Information on our Advertise page, including audience figures, describes our community as of the date shown and is not an offer or a guarantee of results. Any sponsorship or partnership is subject to a separate written agreement, which governs if it differs from anything on this site. We may decline any campaign that doesn't fit our values or our community. Sponsored content is clearly labeled as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines and each platform's rules.

Our communities and app

Our Instagram, Discord and other social communities are run on those platforms and are subject to their terms and our community guidelines. The Find Jesus app is subject to Apple's standard license agreement and the app's own privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.

Faith content, not professional advice

Our content is offered for encouragement and inspiration. It is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact local emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that figures and other information on it are complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jesus Group LLC and its members, staff and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be waived by law.

Changes and ending access

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. When we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and the new terms apply from then on. We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who misuses it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Jesus Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
